Peter has over 26 years of experience in Exercise, Coaching, Rehabilitation and Sports Performance. He currently holds over 43 certifications in the exercise and coaching fields. He has lectured in Long-term Athlete development and sports coaching. To date he has accumulated in excess of 50,000 hours of coaching time, but despite his experience he still considers himself a student of his art (as his home study library can testify).
